You can cancel anytime after the initial 12-month term. Simply notify us 30 days in advance. Upon cancellation, we transfer your domain and assets to you, and you can choose to self-host or find another provider.

Building a custom, hand-coded website is a huge upfront investment of our time. The 12-month term ensures we can financially sustain the business while offering you a $0 down payment. It generally takes 5 years of monthly fees to equal the cost of a traditional lump sum payment. So ideally we'd like to have clients last at least that long. And in due time when the website is generating more than the cost of the subscription, it will be essentially paying for itself.

It comes down to cash flow. Subscription creates a predictable, low monthly cost that includes ongoing support and full design & development. Lump Sum is a one-time payment for the template and you handle your own hosting and edits.

We typically send our invoices 7 days in advance for upcoming payments. If a payment is late, we may charge a late fee or suspend services until payment is received. We are generally very flexible and understanding; we encourage open communication if you ever face difficulties. However, if there is no communication from you for an extended period, we have to take certain precautions to protect our business and not be taken advantage of.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the end of each month (apart from the initial 12-month term). Upgrades may involve a new design and development phase, while downgrades will be assessed based on the features and services included in the new plan.

Yes, if we are unable to design something you are 100% satisfied with, we will refund whatever you paid to get started. However, once deployment begins, refunds will be granted up to Appsol's discretion. This is because we have already invested significant time and resources into building your custom website.
